As a General Partner at a Boston based development firm that owns and operates a large portfolio of high-end co-living properties, Hunter applies the same analytical rigor and development expertise he uses on his own projects to help clients evaluate investments and maximize property value.

Serving on the Wayland Zoning Board of Appeals, his experience helps clients navigate zoning opportunities and challenges across Massachusetts.

Before joining Choose Boston, Hunter was the first employee on the ground at Compass in New England, where he launched and scaled the company from its earliest stages. As one of the faces of Compass during its expansion, he built a powerful network and earned lasting respect across the real estate community, maintaining close relationships with many of the region’s top residential and commercial professionals.
