Alan is an amazing REALTOR! He spent a ton of time walking me through the process as a new home buyer and helped connect me to great resources and people to make the closing process a painless experience. He had a ton of knowledge of what to look for in a home, and what was reasonable for my price range. He's also sent me home maintenance advice and recently sent me some contacts for emergency AC repair after my AC broke down during a heat wave. Can't recommend him highly enough!

Alan helped us purchase our first home in Quincy. As first-time homeowners, we didn't have any experience with the home-buying process. He was a great expert who made the entire process seamless. Although we had a couple of small hiccups during the closing, Alan was always ahead of this to make sure they are resolved fast in order not to delay the closing. We end up closing earlier than expected and he even found us a tenant for the second unit within a week of closing. He knows the Boston real estate market really well and we will definitely work with him in the future as well.
